In a statement posted to social media, the human rights organisation stressed that “member states of the court have the legal obligation to detain and surrender Netanyahu if he sets foot on their territories”.
Amnesty also condemned the “policies and actions of the Netanyahu government linked to the expansion of settlements and serious human rights violations in the West Bank and Gaza”.
